Service overview: These terms are written to keep ordering expectations direct and easy to review.

Important detail: We accept returns for defective and non-defective merchandise, and exchanges are available subject to inventory. A request must be submitted within 30 days after delivery.

Customer action: Eligible non-defective returns include a change of mind, personal preference, or an incorrect item selection. Defective, damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or materially misdescribed merchandise is also eligible for review. All returns must be new, unused, in original condition, and include original packaging, tags, and supplied accessories.

Review note: Returns are completed by mail. A free prepaid return label is included in the package, and no restocking fee is charged. Do not mail an item back without authorization. Exchanges depend on current inventory.

Next step: Provide the order number, checkout email, and reason for the request. For damage, defects, incorrect items, or missing contents, include clear photos or video of the product and packaging.

Next step: After approval, the refund is returned to the original payment method and is processed within 10 days. A bank or card issuer may require additional posting time.
